Who collects the data

Culture Club Podgorica is the initiator and organiser of Wine City Podgorica. Use the contact form for questions about your data and identify your enquiry as a privacy request.

Contact enquiries

The form collects your name, email, selected category and message. Organisation and phone are optional. We use this information to process and respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Newsletter

When subscriptions open, your email will be used for project updates following separate consent and email confirmation. The time of consent and subscription status are recorded. An unsubscribe link is sent upon confirmation and must accompany each later newsletter message.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a protected administration area and are not publicly accessible. Contact enquiries are processed while needed for project communication. The organiser will establish retention periods and regular deletion procedures before publication.

Technical data

The website uses a session for form security and language selection. The server may log technical requests for operation and security. Submission limits use a hash of the network address; the original address is not stored in submission records. Analytics and marketing services are not enabled in this version.

Your requests

You can request information about data you sent, corrections or deletion, and withdraw newsletter consent. Use the contact form. The organiser may request identity verification to protect your data.
